about me 1.jpg

I am a contemplative, a writer, a collaborator, and an embodier.

I am passionate about helping people (starting with myself) to feel our feelings, tell the truth, and awaken to our Belovedness.

I am the founder and president of Arkitekt, a not-for-profit focused on empowering women through embodiment, transformation, and activism.  I hold a Master’s in Education, Bachelor’s in Music, a Residential Interiors Certification in Interior Design, and I’ve been an Actor’s Equity Association member since 2004.  I am the co-founder of TroveCollective, an award-winning real estate staging and interior design firm. I am currently training in Advanced Soul-Directed Energy Healing and Sourcepoint Therapy, and I’m also a Safe and Sound certified practitioner which is an advanced trauma-informed therapy created by Dr. Stephen Porges. I serve on the World Wisdom Project’s Community Advisory Board.

My work over the last two years has included hundreds of hours of somatic experiencing with Heather Wright - I call her my nervous system whisperer; twice monthly sessions in P.A.C.T. Couple’s Counseling with Brian Whelan; training in SEGAN with Ana Do Valle, an Occupational Therapist who works directly with Dr. Peter Levine and Dr. Stephen Porges; and as a community liaison to CSU, auditing classes (Ethnicity, Race, Gender, Sexuality and Multiracial Deconstructed Feminism) and collaborating on Arkitekt curriculum with Dr. Caridad Souza, Director of the Center for Women’s Studies and Gender Research at CSU.

I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my four kids and a disheveled wizard dog named Pema.
